My husband and I are owned and loved by 8 great dogs. We have been raising dogs for over 20 years and love sharing our home with a small pack.

I started feeding my pack Flint River Ranch in 2004. I had known about Flint River for several years but like many was put off by the price. We bought our food at one of the big pet store chains and had to make at least 2 trips a month. My biggest complaint was that the store was often out of the food I needed. I consulted with my vet and cut back the amount I was feeding them. The claims of having to feed your pets less is really true. We cut back what they were used to by 1/2 -2/3. Their weight went back to normal and they were healthier. Their skin was no longer dry, their coats shined and they shed less.

So in the end we actually ended up spending less money. We no longer had to worry about getting to the pet store or whether or not they would have what we needed.
