If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

Flint River Ranch will refund full product value, less 15% for original S&H charge, for returns made within 30 days of customer receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to the closest regional warehouse location. Please include a copy of original invoice and statement for reason of return. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of customer receipt of Flint River Ranch products.
